Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution

United Law Company (ULC) and affiliates offer clients from around the globe a wide range of alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) mechanisms to resolve disputes by consensual rules outside the courts. Our goal is to achieve the best, most efficient and cost-effective resolution of disputes for each client. It has been our experience that in the appropriate case, well designed ADR procedures can preserve confidentiality and produce faster and more economically efficient results than litigation.

ULC has been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution for many years. Experience has shown us how best to enable our clients to benefit from the advantages ADR processes can bring. We do not see ADR as a panacea, but deem ADR as a useful tool if used at the right time and by the right people. We use ADR to complement our existing skills as litigation and arbitration practitioners. We know how to get the most from contractual clauses providing for ADR.

The attorneys of ULC and affiliates have represented clients in almost every type of ADR, including arbitrations and mediations in venues that include courts, regulatory bodies, international tribunals, and independently selected arbitrators and arbitration panels.

ULC and affiliates are involved with various Arbitration Councils including International Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and International Court for Commercial Arbitration, London Court of International Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre etc.
